Stress cripples lives, can be the root cause of heart disease, cancer, hypertension, chronic pain, sleep disorders, headache, panic attacks, and more, and even kills. Do you suffer from stress and want to learn how to cope with it? Do you find yourself being pushed around by stressful situations but think it is time to take charge in your life? If you answer yes to any of the above questions then a stress reduction workshop might be just the thing you need. Management is vital. We can also learn new ways to manage and respond to stress which can not be avoided. Stress management, reduction, and relief can be easy and fun – if you use the right relaxation techniques and tools. There are many kinds of relaxation techniques. Among them are yoga, meditation, biofeedback, music therapy, and relaxation self hypnosis tapes or CDs. We are dedicated to helping people help themselves.

Yoga

Yoga is known to help reduce stress, lower risk factors for chronic diseases, such as heart disease and high blood pressure and improving heart function. Yoga might also help alleviate chronic conditions, such as depression, pain, anxiety and insomnia. Yoga comes in many flavors, styles, and types. For every person, and for every stage in a person’s life, there is a yoga style that will work best. Most people can benefit from any style of yoga — it’s all about your personal preferences.

Meditation

Meditation is considered a type of mind-body complementary medicine. This process may result in enhanced physical and emotional well-being.

Cleansing and Body Detoxification

A cleaning and body detoxification can have a positive impact on health.  Some of the deadliest diseases such as high blood pressure and Type 2 Diabetes are related to the digestive system. Albeit, such diseases can be prevented with proper diet and a full cleansing program that addresses the detoxification of the digestive tract. The best diet to cleanse and detoxify your body on a regular basis is in eating a plant-based diet. Regardless as to whether or not you have done a body cleanse and detox, it is a great way to simultaneously give your digestive system a rest as well as kick start a plant-based lifestyle. If your digestive systems and other internal organs are all fouled up with the junk that has been accumulating over time, you are not in a position to receive the nourishment from consuming organic and non-GMO plant-based foods. If you have never done a body cleansing and body detoxification before, you should learn how to cleanse and detox your body safely for awesome results.
